Heather Scarsbrook Bailey has been a Realtor in Baldwin County since 2006 and joined the team at Luna beach properties in 2011. She has a bachelor of arts degree in psychology from Auburn University. Chris Coaker joined the Luna Beach Sales Team in 2017. Although newly licensed he is not new to the real estate world. He earned a bachelor degree in business management from University of West Alabama while lettering 4 years on the football team. Once he graduated from the university he went on to pursue a career in management where he spent over 20 years as a business professional. As a branch manager for large corporate banks as well as hometown community banks, Chris helped many visions in real estate developing become reality. During this time frame he not only developed investment properties for his company but also created homes for several families. He has a broad resume’ in the real estate market not only from the finance world but also from the knowledge he has experienced in buying, selling and developing. He joins the Luna Beach Sales Team as a seasoned veteran. Chris also enjoys time with his family and friends, is a sports fan to say the least, and plans to keep himself busy here on the coast showing and selling for many years to come.
Regina Coaker joined Luna Beach Properties in the spring of 2012, 8 years after obtaining her Alabama real estate license. Although she doesn’t specialize in just one field of the business, she most enjoys assisting families on the residential side. She feels that finding the perfect home for a family who never thought it possible is most rewarding. Regina has sold homes all over the Gulf Coast, including condos, as well as the Eastern Shore and Mobile. When she first joined Luna Beach Properties, she worked the front desk and assisted in rental and association management. This helped her to understand the rental market and assist clients buying for investment purposes.
