We had a wonderful vacation at the Gulf Shores Luna Beach Properties. This is my 4 time which is testimonial enough as to the quality and experience with Luna Beach Properties. I will definitely be going back again. The rooms are spacious and simply beautiful I have recommended them to 2 of my friends who simply love the accommodations as much as I did. I representative has always went out of his way to make sure everything is perfect for our stay. I give them 5 stars.

Luna Beach Properties, LLC, is a great rental agency for vacationers. After being introduced to their website by a friend a few years ago, I have rented at least three times per year from them for short and for lengthy vacation stays. They have accommodations that fit our family needs whether it is for a long weekend for 2 or a family vacation for 12. Their rental properties are clean and safe, and adequate parking has never been a problem. Checking in and out is a simple process and the management is friendly and accommodating. I have recommended Luna Beach Properties to many of my friends who are also satisfied and continue to book vacations through this rental agency. Even though Luna Beach is one of the smaller rental agencies, they offer great service!

Luna beach Properties made my stay at Gulf shores very hassle free and enjoyable! Both units were clean and well maintained. We rented from Chris twice this summer. When our trip was almost over we decided to stay another day. We knew other vacationers were scheduled to move into our condo the next day, we called Luna Beach Properties and within an hour Chris had located us another unit at a great price. He even allowed me to borrow his fax line.

Our family has used Luna Beach Properties for over 3 years now for our vacations to our favorite place Alabama's beautiful gulf coast. We have never been disappointed with the condos or service. Any problems are always handled immediatley. They are very easy to book with and check in is always a breeze. Chris is really laid back and easy to work with on reservations. We make several trips a year to the gulf coast and wouldn't book a vacation with anyone else.

Chris from Luna Beach Properties was such as great help to myself and my family when we rented our condo in Gulf Shores. My mother had recently been diagnosed with cancer and the trip to the beach was the serenity she needed from all the doctor's offices and needles. The condo was beautiful and Chris had everything set up for us when we arrived! The price was such a good deal for peak season too! I will definitely use Chris the next time I rent a condo. I can't say enough about this condo. My daughters and I decided on a Tuesday to do a spur of the moment beach trip and I contacted Luna Beach Properties where I was helped by Chris. He was so helpful and kind and we were fortunate this condo was available. The next day we arrived in Gulf Shores and were pleased to find the condo was more beautiful then the pictures showed. We felt right at home immediately. Everything was clean and you can tell that it is kept up as if the owners lived there daily. An added bonus was the balcony could be accessed from the living room and from the master bedroom which made it a nice size balcony. It was great laying in bed and being able to see the ocean. I will definitely rent this condo in the future and would recommend it to anyone that appreciates beautiful decorating and the comforts of home. Needless to say our Mother/Daughter Beach trip was perfect!!!

Friendly experienced staff. Always a pleasure to see and very helpful. We really appreciated the updates from Luna Beach Properties, after Hurricane Sandy came thru in 2020. Our unit building had major damage. Knowing what date we would be allowed in was critical in our plan to travel to Gulf Shores. It showed us how much the LBP team values their clients. We highly recommend anyone wintering on the Gulf Coast to use Luna Beach Properties.

My wife and originally booked a 3 bedroom house with a fenced in backyard so we could take our little furry buddy. Unfortunately we received a call 5 days before our check-in that it would not be ready due to repairs. My wife was crushed and so was I as its our anniversary. Reggie Unfortunately had to deal with my initial attitude and for that I'm sorry. She was quick to reassure us that they are trying everything to find a solution. A couple back and forth calls between us and they were able to find a solution that worked out for us thus saving the trip! We were no longer able to take our furry friend but they went above and beyond to find us a solution and even went as far as giving us a card and lunch on them for the inconvience. They worked a couple of hours past their closing time to help us out. Thank you so much Reggie and everyone at Luna Beach Properties to make us feel better and going above and beyond what you needed to do to get us a place to stay. We will be booking with them for all future reservations and are already looking forward to next year. Thank you for all you did for us!
